The first day of the Gathering is the most difficult: you don’t know where to go and what to do.
Here is some informations:
1. LOOK AT YOUR BADGE
The name of the hotel and the means of transport you need to use to get from the hotel to the Inalpi Arena are indicated on the back of the badge.
2. LOOK AT THE INFORMATION BOARDS
As soon as you leave and after you have taken your luggage (if you have it), look at the information boards in front of the entrances: they show the NUMBERS OF THE TRANSPORT TRANSPORTS you need to take and THE DIRECTION to follow
2.1 IF YOU HAVE A PRIVATE BUS
Follow the BUS HOTEL arrows and your bus number (which is indicated on the badge with a letter and a number). The bus number and the name of the hotel will be written on your BUS.
2.2 IF YOU HAVE TO USE PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Follow the GTT arrows and the number of your bus (which is indicated on the badge with a number)
- ATTENTION on the first day you will have to do the route in reverse: if the badge says METRO + SHUTTLE on the evening of 15 July you will have to take the SHUTTLE first and then the METRO.
2.3 IF YOU HAVE TO TAKE THE SHUTTLE Torino2024

3. ASK THE VOLUNTEERS FOR HELP
Do not hesitate to ask for help: VOLUNTEERS are recognisable by their white bib with the word VOLUNTEER on it.
4. THE CASE ON THE BADGE
Those who have this symbol on their badge should hurry, after the Opening Ceremony, to collect their luggage: they will have priority for collection, so that they can get to the hotel for dinner. The case indicates that you are in the first round for dinner (for the whole Gathering).
