Walking through the halls of the Inalpi Arena, you travel through small pieces of the world: in this first stage, we started in Texas, crossed Brazil, made a stop in Honduras, and finally arrived in Jordan.

The first couple we met had crossed the ocean: Carlos and his wife Michell are from Texas, and it’s their first time here in Turin. They are taking the opportunity to do a real tour of Europe.

Walking a bit further, a group of people in blue shirts caught our attention as they were about to leave the arena. Just in time, we discovered that they, too, came from the other side of the world, specifically from Honduras. Gladis, along with her group of friends and their priest, asked us for recommendations on places to see in the city; they were very enthusiastic about visiting the Medieval Village, the Church of Maria Ausiliatrice, and Valentino Park.

We then met Mervat, who had just arrived from Scotland with her husband, but is originally from Jordan. She told us that her journey started in Amman with eleven other couples from the movement, and it’s their first time here in Turin.

Our walk finally led us to Brazil, where we met Marcos and his wife, who came from the capital, Brasilia, to Italy. From Loreto, they took the bus to Turin and seized the opportunity to discover some iconic places in the city, such as the Cathedral and the historic center.

As we approached the end of the second day, we concluded our short walk with the show “Saints and Social Prophets of Turin” in the main space of the arena.
