The public transport strike offered the Gathering participants an unexpected possibility: the Duty to Sit down in the City.

No, it wasn’t planned: one had imagined the football stadium (another place of civilized ‘life’) invaded by members of the team whith white hats and parasols, but instead… the city was filled with unusual couples sitting on benches, in bars, on lawns, in hotel lobbies, holding hands and ‘talking’. The Duty to Sit Down, one of the most beautiful intuitions of Team Our Lady, the invitation to the couple to find a space for dialogue in the light of the Word, occupied the spaces of the city in its daily life.
A beautiful testimony offered, unintentionally, to the city that frantically went on living.
