On July 15 at 4 PM, the 13th the International Gathering will begin.
Many participants will arrive that day in Turin from all over the world.
Here you can find some useful information on how to get around on the first day of the Gathering.

For those arriving in Turin by train or plane, there will be “Welcome Points” with volunteer staff who will provide information on how to reach your hotel, if it’s located in the city, or the Inalpi Arena, where most of the Gathering will take place. 

The “Welcome Points” are located at:

  • Torino Porta Nuova Train Station
  • Torino Porta Susa Train Station
  • Turin-Caselle Airport

If you have the opportunity and time to leave your luggage at your hotel, you are strongly encouraged to do so, to avoid queues for luggages at the Inalpi Arena.

The Inalpi Arena will be open from 1 PM on Monday, July 15.
All participants are invited to arrive at the entrances as soon as possible to simplify entry operations.

To enter, you’ll need your BADGE with you, you’ll soon receive it by email. Therefore, we ask you to print it in color in advance, before your departure (this will simplify the understanding of some data contained in the badge).

After passing an initial check for the Badge, you’ll be directed to gates organized by LANGUAGE: Portuguese, French, English, Spanish, and Italian.
Your language is the one you indicated in the registration form under “language for written documentation“

At this point, you’ll receive the “Participant Kit” with some useful materials for the Gathering (in the language you indicated) and a COLORED SCARF corresponding to your geographic area of belonging.

  • America Zone: BLUE
  • Eurafrica Zone: GREEN
  • Central Europe-Middle East Zone: YELLOW
  • Transoceanic Zone: RED

The choir and ERI will also have a colored scarf:

  • Choir orchestra: ORANGE
  • ERI: WHITE

After this, with the help of volunteers (VOLUNTEER, both hostesses and stewards), you can find your seat. On the first day, and ONLY on the first day, you will be divided by geographic ZONES. To find a seat, you can follow the color indications of your scarf.

At 4 PM, the Gathering will begin with the Opening Ceremony.

As communicated, upon exiting, everyone must go to:

  • their private bus
  • public transport stops
  • walk to their hotel
