“VOLUNTEER”

Volunteers will be recognizable by their white bib with the symbol of the Gathering and the word “VOLUNTEER“: they are available to all participants during the Gathering inside the Inalpi Arena. 

However, a help desk will be available throughout the Gathering, from 8 a.m. to the end of the activities, to which one can turn for any need.

The VOLUNTEERS will give directions on the routes to take to reach your seats: it is important to follow their directions.

Alongside these figures will be Hostesses and Stewards (in uniform) to coordinate security inside Inalpi Arena. Their directions are to be strictly followed.
