Dear worldwide Team Members, the Torino2024 Gathering is fast approaching!

Today, we start sharing some useful information to help you organize your attendance at the Gathering.


  • All participants will be accommodated in hotels located in the city or in the surrounding areas.
  • The allocation to different hotels has been based on the language skills indicated in your registration form and other personal and logistical needs. 
  • Each hotel will have a Hotel Responsible Couple (CRH): they’ll be your touch point throughout the Gathering.
  • The transfers from the hotel to the Gathering venues will be organized considering the distances and they may include walking, public transportation, or buses.
  • On the first day, the HRC will provide all the information you need to find your way easily.
  • In the next weeks, you will receive, an e-mail with information about your accommodation, specifically the name of the hotel where you will be staying, with the details to reach it on the first day for your check-in. For those who decided to extend the stay in Turin before or after the Gathering, it will be possible to directly contact the hotel to arrange accommodation for the additional days. Please note that the Turin2024 Organization is not involved in this activity and it is not responsible for accommodations before and after the Gathering dates.
    It is also important to remember that the Turin2024 Organization is the only authorized entity to make arrangements with the hotels for the days of the Gathering.
