The Gathering will start at 16.00 on 15 July 2024, but the Inalpi Arena, where the Gathering will take place, will be open from 14.00. It is advisable to arrive early to help with entry operations at the venue.

The registration fee covers 5 nights (Monday 15 July check in, Saturday 20 July check out).

When you are notified of the hotel where you will be staying, you will be given information on how to get there.

Turin Caselle Airport is connected to the centre of Turin by a railway line and shuttle bus: the cost is NOT included in the registration fee

Yes, the choristers are participants in the Gathering

The hotel and meals of the CHORISTER and the SPOUSE from the afternoon of 12 July to the afternoon of 15 July are paid for by the Organisation

The Torino 2024 Organisation will NOT manage the parking arrangements, nor will it pay the parking costs.

During the Gathering it will not be necessary to use your car: you will move by shuttle bus or public transport.

Participants arriving in Turin by car will be able to leave their cars near the hotel, if possible, or in the free or paid parking spaces available in the city. Participants can make private arrangements directly with the hotel.
