Note: Connections between Turin and neighboring airports are public services: they are not managed by the organization of the END International Gathering and are not included in the registration fee.

1. The organization of the Gathering provides for 5 nights in a hotel (check-in on Monday, July 15, check-out on Saturday, July 20), included in the registration fee.
2. Those who wish to extend their stay in Turin by arriving before July 15 or departing after July 20 must arrange this independently, both in terms of organization and costs.
3. The organization of the END International Gathering Turin 2024 will assist participants arriving in Turin from around the world between July 15 and July 20, 2024.
4. The transportation service will be available exclusively during the 6 days of the Gathering, from July 15 to July 20 inclusive.
5. The Gathering will start at 4:00 PM on July 15, 2024, but the Inalpi Arena, where the Gathering will take place, will be open from 2:00 PM. It is recommended to arrive early to facilitate entry and registration operations at the venue.
6. The Gathering will end at 2:00 PM on July 20. It is recommended not to book flights departing before 6:00 PM, if departing from Turin Caselle Airport (TRN), to allow time to reach the airport.
7. On July 15 (the first day of the Gathering), there will be some Gathering  Points where organization volunteers will welcome arriving participants and assist them in reaching their hotels. If possible (depending on distances and schedules), bus transport service will accompany participants arriving from the gathering points to their respective hotels and later from hotels to the event venue, if it is not easily accessible on foot or by public transport.
8. Gathering Points will be located at Turin Caselle Airport, major train stations, and at shuttle terminals arriving from the Milan airports (Malpensa, Linate, Orio al Serio).
9. During the days of the Gathering, a transport service will accompany participants from their hotels to the Gathering venue in the morning and will take them back in the evening from the Gathering venue to their hotels, if they are not easily reachable on foot or by public transport.
10. On July 20, at the end of the Gathering, the transport service will accompany the participants departing from the Gathering venue to their hotels and later from the hotels to departure stations in the Turin area (Caselle Airport, train stations, and terminals for shuttles to Milan airports), if they are not easily reachable on foot or by public transport.
11. All transport services provided by the organization of the Gathering are included in the registration fee paid by the participants.
