The following information is intended ONLY for those whose registration has been ACCEPTED

To allow the Turin 2024 Coordination Team to better organize the reception of all participants upon their arrival in Turin and the transportation service to accompany them to their hotel and to the event site, we still need some information about the details of your trip. In particular, we ask you to log in again to the Gathering registration platform (according to the instructions below) and provide the requested data regarding the details of your trip.

You will be asked to provide the following information:

For the arrival in Turin on July 15, 2024, the information you need to communicate is related to the international flight with which you will enter Italy (if you come from a foreign country) and the details of the last leg of your journey, the one with which you will arrive in the city of Turin (the last leg). To assist you upon your arrival in Turin, the following information will be particularly important:

  1. Date and time of arrival in Turin
  2. Means of transportation used to arrive in Turin (plane, train, car, …)
  3. Place of arrival (indicate the airport or station of arrival in Turin, or specify that you will arrive independently, e.g., with your own car)

For the departure from Turin on July 20, 2024, the information you need to communicate is related to the international flight with which you will leave Italy (if you reside in a foreign country) and the details of the first leg of your journey, the one with which you will leave the city of Turin. To assist you upon your departure from Turin, the following information will be particularly important:

  1. Date and time of departure from Turin
  2. Means of transportation with which you are leaving Turin (plane, train, car, …)
  3. Departure airport or station from Turin

For those arriving from countries for which an entry visa to Italy is required, to allow us to prepare invitation letters for visa applications, you will need to provide the following information:

  1. Exact name as written on the passport
  2. Passport number
  3. Date of passport issue
  4. Passport expiration date
  5. Country that issued the passport
  6. Profession
  7. Expected date of entry into one of the Schengen countries (date of entry into Europe)
  8. Expected date of departure from the Schengen area (date of exit from Europe)

To find out if you need a visa to enter Italy based on your nationality and country of residence, visit the website: https://vistoperitalia.esteri.it/home/en  (the site is available in Italian, English, Arabic, Russian, and Chinese).

We recommend accessing the Platform to provide the required data only after defining the details of your trip and possibly after purchasing the necessary air or train tickets.

As you can imagine, managing the movements of all participants will require a very large organizational effort on the part of the Turin Coordination Team. For this reason, it is important that travel data be communicated well in advance. 

We ask you, if possible, to complete the information on the Platform by January 31, 2024. 

The Platform will remain open for entering travel data until February 28, 2024. 

Of course, special cases may be considered individually even later, but we insist that information be communicated as soon as possible, especially for visa applications.

  • Your Password:     The password is personal, and only you know it. In case you have forgotten it, you can always generate a new one on the Platform website.
